Responsibilities
- Define and execute the sales strategy across all projects
- Set and monitor sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annually) and growth KPIs
- Drive sales targets, ensuring sustained growth and profitability lead, coach, and manage a high-performance sales organization (sales managers, consultants, channel partners)
- Engage directly with key clients and strategic partners
- Coordinate with marketing, product, design, and operations teams for project launches, client events, branding, and promotional campaigns
- Present sales reports, forecasts, challenges, and action plans to senior management
- Uphold compliance with UAE real estate regulations (RERA, DLD) and internal policy controls
Qualifications
- 6+ years of UAE real estate sales experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role at a developer
- Proven success in leadership roles with track record of hitting aggressive targets
- Strong expertise in lead management, training, and target achievement
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are beneficial
