Job Summary:
Grand Land Real Estate Broker is seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to lead our sales operations. The successful candidate will manage a team of telesales agents and property consultants, drive revenue growth, and report directly to the CEO, COO, and Chairman. Multilingual skills in Russian, Chinese, or Arabic will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage telesales agents and property consultants to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for off-plan and secondary market properties
- Monitor team performance, generate reports, and present insights to top management
- Ensure excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and property promotion initiatives
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate brokerage in Dubai
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong knowledge of off-plan and secondary market sales
- RERA card preferred; driving license is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Multilingual skills (Russian, Chinese, Arabic) highly preferred
- Ability to report efficiently to CEO, COO, and Chairman
