Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, structure, and develop a large sales team with clear KPIs and performance frameworks.
• Drive revenue targets through effective forecasting, planning, and pipeline management.
• Optimize sales processes, pricing models, and go-to-market activities.
• Conduct regular field engagement to stay aligned with market behavior and opportunities.
• Manage P&L components related to sales performance and commercial operations.
• Implement coaching, capability-building, and succession planning within the team.
• Collaborate with product, strategy, and operational stakeholders to support business objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in digital platforms, marketplaces, SaaS, tech-enabled commercial sales, or subscription-based models .
• Strong track record of scaling sales teams and consistently achieving aggressive revenue targets.
• Excellent command of KPIs, analytics, forecasting, and commercial decision-making.
• Hands-on, field-oriented leader with a strong coaching mindset.
• Ability to manage complexity, lead through change, and operate in fast-paced environments.
