Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead the overall sales strategy for power and distribution transformers and LV/MV electrical solutions within the Saudi market.

Manage and grow sales of major projects, particularly with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) and government/semi-government entities.

Achieve annual revenue, growth, and market share targets.

Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with SEC, key accounts, consultants, EPC contractors, and decision-makers.

Oversee pricing, tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations for large-scale projects.

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement.

Analyze market trends, competitors, and business opportunities to drive market penetration.

Coordinate closely with engineering, technical, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and presentations for senior management.

Ensure full compliance with SEC, SASO, IEC, and other relevant standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

14–25 years of experience in sales within the transformers, LV/MV, or power distribution industry.

Proven experience working directly with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) or SEC-approved vendors and contractors.

Strong knowledge of the Saudi electrical and power market.

Demonstrated success in managing large projects and high-value contracts.

Solid leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams.
-
Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Good technical understanding of transformers and LV/MV systems.
