Sales Director

At ForInvest, we bring finance and technology together to build robust, scalable investment solutions for financial institutions. With over 30 years of industry experience, we work closely with corporate clients to design and deliver technology that truly fits their business needs.

We are now looking for a Sales Director who will take full ownership of our enterprise sales organization, lead corporate client relationships, and establish strong, measurable sales processes that scale with the company.

Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, this role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution.


Your Role as Sales Director

  • Own and manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process, from first contact to deal closure and ongoing account growth.
  • Lead and manage corporate client portfolios, ensuring strong relationships, continuity, and long-term value creation.
  • Build and continuously improve sales processes, CRM usage, pipeline management, and forecasting models.
  • Take an active role in sales activities, leading complex, high-value, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer needs are clearly understood and translated into commercial proposals and solution scopes in close collaboration with product and technology teams.
  • Act as the main escalation point for key clients, maintaining ownership throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Monitor sales performance, customer behavior, and pipeline health, and provide clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership.
  • Contribute to the establishment of a structured, scalable, and transparent sales organization.
  • Design, implement, and track sales KPIs, performance metrics, and follow-up mechanisms.
  • Manage and develop sales managers and sales teams, setting clear goals, expectations, and performance standards.


What We’re Looking For

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, sales leadership, or business development roles, preferably within technology-driven companies (FinTech, financial services technology, SaaS, or enterprise software).
  • Strong experience managing corporate / institutional customers and complex B2B sales processes.
  • Proven ability to build and manage sales KPIs, reporting structures, and tracking systems.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, sales operations, and forecasting.
  • Background working closely with project, product and technology teams, with the ability to understand and explain technical solutions at a business level.
  • Experience managing and developing sales teams and sales leaders.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including C-level interactions.
  • Analytical mindset with a process-oriented and execution-focused approach.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Genuinely curious, collaborative, and grounded leadership style; someone who builds trust naturally and listens carefully.
  • Takes ownership of work and values strong relationships and clear communication as much as closing deals.
