Assistant Director of Sales

Job Description

  • Assists in the development and implementation of sales strategies by exploring the market, industry, and opportunities that drive business growth and expansion.

  • Maintains relationship with clients and industry partners, prepares market segment action plans, reviews sales contracts, and handles MICE audits and inquiries.

  • Develops and trains the team to enhance productivity and sales skills such as negotiation, communication and closing techniques.



Qualifications

  • Graduate of a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management or any related field is an asset.

  • Minimum of four (4) years leadership and sales experience is an advantage.

  • Previous Experience in Hospitality industry.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and executing sales strategies in meeting business objectives.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong working knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office applications.
