About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Director to lead and scale off-plan sales operations for a reputable real estate developer in the UAE.

This role requires a commercially driven leader with proven developer-side experience, strong team management capabilities, and a successful track record in off-plan sales performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and scale a team of 8–10 Sales Managers / Consultants
  • Drive off-plan sales strategy and revenue performance
  • Develop structured sales targets, KPIs, and performance tracking systems
  • Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing sales teams
  • Strengthen relationships with brokers while maintaining strong developer positioning
  • Work closely with senior management on pricing strategy, inventory release, and campaign launches
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain competitive advantage
  • Ensure compliance with company sales processes and regulatory requirements


Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience working directly with a real estate developer (broker-only experience will not be considered)
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in UAE real estate sales
  • Strong track record in off-plan sales exclusively
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams of 8–10+ sales professionals
  • Ability to drive structured sales performance and revenue growth
  • Fluency in at least one of the following languages:
  • Russian, Persian, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Hebrew
