Sales Director

Job Description:

A Sales Director is a senior executive responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and leading sales teams to meet or exceed targets. They analyze market trends, manage budgets, and foster key client relationships. This role reports to senior leadership and works closely with marketing to optimize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales strategy for real estate projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use)
  • Manage property sales teams, brokers, and channel partners
  • Oversee project launches, pricing strategies, and sales campaigns
  • Build relationships with investors, developers, and high-value clients
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are achieved
  • Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and branding initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience, with strong background in real estate sales
  • Deep knowledge of the Saudi real estate market
  • Strong network within the industry
  • Leadership and team management expertise
  • Applicants must be Saudi nationality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼100,132.82 - ﷼120,590.06 per year
