Our client is a leading property development and sales group. One of the genuine leaders in the Middle East region with a solid reputation and a highly desirable company to work for.

With strong expansion and development plans for 2013 we are now recruiting for new senior candidates to join their team as Sales Directors. This position will be based in Dubai.

Real Estate experience is NOT ESSENTIAL

OVERVIEW

Driving forward the Sales for the company including managing strategy and implementing improvements and growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of senior sales management professionals
  • Directly accountable for the delivery of the sales objectives for the group
  • Assess and review business approach, devise and implement target based sales strategy, and monitor sales performance
  • Gain exposure to regional and global markets
  • Adapt quickly to new trends and markets
  • Lead the sales team to achieve stretch targets through strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills
  • Preferred background in Real Estate, Banking, Automotive, Life Insurance, Hospitality, Rent a Car, Travel/Tourism/Leisure
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Management or Business graduate; MBA holder is preferred
  • 10+ years experience in sales
  • Preference for candidates who have managed a senior sales team for the last 5-7 years handling Sales, Property Sales, Time Share or Life Insurance sales
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent presentation skills

BENEFITS
  • Salary package will depend on experience levels and interview performance
  • Up to 35k AED per month ($115K USD per annum) package plus bonus
