Sales Director

A global, commercial-stage ortho-biologics company with a clear mission — transforming the standard of care for bone repair. With an FDA PMA-approved product in market and a next-generation solution granted FDA breakthrough device designation, we are a company with momentum and purpose — and we are looking for a seasoned sales leader to own the Southeast Area.

This is a senior role with real scope, leading Regional Sales Managers, Direct Representatives, and Clinical Representatives toward ambitious revenue and market growth targets. What You'll Own

• Quota attainment and forecasting accuracy across the Area
• Area-level sales planning aligned to national strategy
• Surgeon and hospital relationships that drive meaningful growth
• Talent development, succession planning, and performance management
• Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, MedEd, and Operations
• CRM discipline and consistent commercial execution across the team

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of medical device sales leadership
• 7+ years in spine or spinal biologics | 5+ years in core spine
• Leadership experience
• Proven ownership of a region or area at $20m+ in revenue
• A track record of building high-performance teams — not just managing them
• Bachelor's degree required
