Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Sales Director Assistant to support executive-level sales operations within a fast-paced trade show and exhibit environment.

This role is not administrative in the traditional sense — it requires someone who can operate at a high level, think independently, manage relationships, and execute with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Sales Director in all day-to-day sales operations
- Manage and coordinate client communication, follow-ups, and relationship maintenance
- Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and sales strategies
- Track leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure execution aligns with client expectations
- Attend trade shows and industry events as needed to support client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Act as a secondary point of contact for key clients
- Help manage timelines, deliverables, and project flow
- Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting
- Handle high-level problem-solving and client requests with professionalism and urgency

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (must be confident interacting with clients face-to-face)
- High level of organization and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presence and strong relationship-building skills
- Experience in sales support, account management, or client-facing roles preferred
- Trade show, events, or experiential marketing experience is a major plus
- Must be reliable, accountable, and able to think independently
- Comfortable with travel as needed for trade shows and client support

Work Environment:

- Full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday)
- Based in Orlando, FL
- Travel required for trade shows and client engagements

What We’re Looking For:

This role requires someone sharp, polished, and proactive — someone who can anticipate needs, represent the company well in front of clients, and operate as a true extension of the Sales Director.

This is a serious, high-responsibility role — not an entry-level assistant position.

Pay: $46,979.10 - $56,576.98 per year
