Sales Director – Real Estate Development
Location: Dubai

Job Overview:
We are seeking a hiring, results-oriented Sales Director to lead and optimize the sales function for a premier real estate developer in the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in luxury residential sales, a strong understanding of the regional property market, and a proven track record of steering high-performing sales teams toward ambitious revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, lead, and execute the overall sales strategy for new project launches in Abu Dhabi while operating from the Dubai office.
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue, absorption, and growth targets.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers and property consultants to ensure consistent performance and professional development.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), key brokers, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to monitor trends, competitor activities, and shifting client preferences; adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, and Project teams to optimize lead generation, enhance customer engagement, and improve conversion rates.
  • Represent the company at property launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and high-level client meetings, ensuring strong brand visibility and positioning.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and internal governance standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience working with reputable real estate developers in the UAE (brokerage-only experience will not be considered).
  • Proven expertise in luxury residential sales and managing relationships with high-value clients.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of UAE real estate regulations, market dynamics, and developer-side sales processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
