Sales Director - HVAC - Guildhall

The Role

At Guildhall, we are delighted to be supporting one of the regions leading companies in HVAC solutions. We are seeking an experienced Sales Director for a leading HVAC company based in Dubai. The role will involve overseeing sales operations across the MENA region and managing a team of 5+ sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HVAC sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve regional targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans across the MENA region.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities.
• Travel within the MENA region for client meetings and market analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Electrical Engineering (with HVAC experience), or Building Services Engineering.
• Proven experience in sales management within the HVAC industry.
• Strong network of existing clients and contacts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse team and work in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
