Sales Director - Middle East (Dubai)

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead our business growth in the Middle East. This high impact sales leadership role focuses on driving new business, managing key accounts and positioning Clari5 as the partner of choice for banks and financial institutions in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end to end enterprise sales cycles: prospecting, solution positioning, proposals, negotiations and closures
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets while expanding Clari5's footprint in the Middle East
  • Build strong C level relationships across banks, regulators and financial institutions
  • Collaborate with pre sales, delivery and marketing teams to deliver winning client solutions
  • Represent Clari5 at industry events, forums and client engagements in the region
  • Manage partner relationships with system integrators, consultants and channel partners
Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in banking technology / fintech
  • Proven track record selling fraud management, AML and compliance solutions
  • Strong product and pre sales background in financial crime risk management is mandatory
  • Deep experience and established network within the Middle East banking sector
  • Strong skills in customer engagement, solution selling and account management
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
