Sales Director – Real Estate

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: 15,000 AED + Competitive Commission Structure (to be discussed during interview)

Reports To: VP & CEO

Working Days: Monday to Friday (full-time) + Saturday (few hours only)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Director with a proven background in real estate development and sales leadership. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2+ years of developer-side experience managing real estate sales teams, and the ability to lead a diverse, multicultural team.

This is a senior leadership role where you will directly report to the VP and CEO, playing a pivotal part in shaping the company’s sales strategy and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and expand the real estate sales team.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Drive team performance through motivation, training, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales goals with company objectives.
• Represent the company in high-level negotiations and business development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of developer-side experience in managing real estate sales teams.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to bring and manage a team of professionals from diverse nationalities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Must be dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
