Position Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Director to lead and grow our luxury real estate sales division in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of high-net-worth clients (HNWI), proven success in selling premium residential properties, and the ability to develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies for high-end property portfolios
Lead, manage, and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targets
Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, investors, VIP clients, and brokers
Oversee end-to-end sales cycles for luxury villas, penthouses, and waterfront properties
Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project teams for launches and campaigns
Represent the company at property launches, exhibitions, and networking events
Ensure exceptional customer service and premium client experience
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 6 years of real estate developer experience in Abu Dhabi.
Proven track record in luxury / high-end property sales
Strong leadership and team management skills
Existing network of HNWI and investor clients in UAE (preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Deep understanding of Abu Dhabi luxury property market

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
