Sales Director – Real Estate (Luxury Developments)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead developer-side luxury real estate sales based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong team handling experience, proven success in luxury and off-plan sales, and solid market knowledge of Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Ajman, in addition to Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage luxury real estate sales operations from Dubai
- Build, train, and manage in-house sales teams and broker networks
- Drive revenue, sales targets, and sell-out strategies
- Execute launch plans for new residential and mixed-use developments
- Manage pricing, inventory allocation, and sales forecasting
- Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to optimize lead conversion
- Maintain and expand broker relationships across Dubai, RAK, Ajman, and UAQ
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in northern emirates
- Ensure compliance with RERA and developer sales processes
- Prepare sales reports and performance reviews for senior management
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 6+ years of real estate sales experience in the UAE
- Mandatory developer-side sales experience
- Proven experience in team handling and sales leadership
- Strong exposure to luxury and off-plan residential projects
- Working knowledge of Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain markets
- Based in Dubai or willing to work from Dubai
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
