Sales Director (Real Estate Developer)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead our sales operations and drive business growth. This senior leadership position is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in real estate development, exceptional strategic acumen, and a proven ability to build and manage high-value client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new market opportunities and initiatives to expand the company’s footprint locally and internationally.
• Oversee the entire sales process—from lead generation and prospecting to negotiations and deal closures.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and senior leadership to ensure a unified approach to business development.
• Represent the company at major industry events, exhibitions, and executive-level meetings.
• Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and gather customer insights to refine sales strategies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Director within the real estate development industry.
• Established network of investors, clients, and brokers across local and international markets.
• Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on, execution-driven approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
