As we continue to redefine the Dubai skyline, we’re looking for a Sales Director who can lead with vision, drive performance, and inspire success across our dynamic sales division.

Your Role

As Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, optimizing strategies, and leading a high-achieving team of professionals to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and market trends.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers and property consultants to deliver consistent results.
• Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels.
• Client Relations: Foster long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and institutional partners.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, sales reports, and performance metrics to ensure accountability and achievement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, CRM, and senior management to ensure alignment of sales initiatives and brand standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market
• Proven success record in luxury off-plan and ready property sales
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership or director-level role
• Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven mindset with ability to motivate and manage teams
• RERA Certification (preferred)
• Must be UAE-based with valid UAE Driving License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 per month
