Sales Dispatcher
Overview:
Ensure delivery process efficiency while adhering to performance measurement standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure orders are delivered properly and in good condition.
- Conduct meetings with delivery representatives and discuss daily performance summaries.
- Review delayed delivery reports with each pre-sell representative.
- Ensure optimal utilization of the distribution fleet.
- Be responsible for loading efficiency to guarantee accurate deliveries.
- Work on updating route plans regularly.
- Monitor and follow up on assigned customer routes.
- Support continuous improvement of route plans and tools through market insights and gained experience.
- Ensure sales tools are aligned with business needs and operational plans.
- Manage cooler placements (in wholesale sales cases).
- Contribute to training, coaching, and the implementation of health and safety programs in the market.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good command of the English language.
- Good in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience in food and beverage companies is preferred.
- Valid driving license.
