Sales Engineer

Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for Sales Engineer who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB within Electrification in Ankara -Turkiye.

Reporting to the Central & Eastern Anatolia & Blacksea Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sale of innovative ABB EL Global Markets in Electrification Turkey. You will use your experience to build long-standing customer relationships, identifying effective solutions for customer needs.

• Responsible for sales of ELSP & ELSB products within a designatedmarket in accordance with strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities
• Sells products to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned business. Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
• Prepares sales plans using company tools. Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.Creates added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the effective completion of transactions, contracts, and proposals by using effective sales techniques. Communicates details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions)
• Identifies and facilitates the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration- how sharing and cross -collaboration
  

• Bachelor degree in electrical/electronics engineering or Graduating from a university bachelor's program, min 5 years of experience in sales channel and account management. Experience in low voltage product sales
• Experienced in Account Management, Distributors, Panel Builders and project business
• Intermediate level of English skills, Turkish knowledge is a must
• Agile, collaborative and solution-oriented profile with effective interpersonal and decision-making skills
