Job Summary:
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of the company’s products and services by combining technical knowledge with strong sales skills. This role focuses on understanding client requirements, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction while consistently achieving sales targets. Acting as a key link between clients and internal teams, the Sales Engineer will ensure seamless execution from initial engagement to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
· Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate how products and services meet client needs.
· Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Client Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
· Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
· Handle negotiations and close deals effectively.
Technical Support
· Provide pre-sales technical support and respond to client inquiries.
· Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate solution design and delivery.
· Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Sales Operations
· Prepare proposals, quotations, and reports.
· Use CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline.
· Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and materials that support sales.
Customer Satisfaction
· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.
· Gather feedback to improve product and service offerings.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred).
· Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 3–4 years in the GCC region.
Skills:
· Strong technical background with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
· Proven sales and negotiation skills.
· Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation abilities.
· Ability to interact effectively and collaboratively with customers and employees at all levels.
· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
· Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing market trends.
· Knowledge of electrical safety products and the electrical safety industry is an advantage.
· Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
· Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
