We’re Hiring: Sales Engineer (Water & Power Sector)

Are you a technically skilled professional with a passion for driving sales success?

We’re looking for a Sales Engineer to join our commercial team and help expand our customer base in the water and power industry.


Role Overview

The Sales Engineer will combine technical expertise and sales acumen to identify new opportunities, exceed customer expectations, and achieve annual sales targets within the assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new clients across the region, promoting solutions such as Smart Ring Main Units and Medium Voltage Switchgears.

• Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet client and company requirements.

• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular visits and consistent support.

• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and responses to RFIs/RFPs.

• Manage the full sales cycle — from inquiry to delivery — ensuring on-time and within-specification fulfillment.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

• 2–3 years of experience in a related industry (Water & Power).

• Strong technical knowledge, persuasive communication, and customer service skills.

• Self-motivated team player with the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
