About the Role

- We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to lead sales for HVAC ventilation and air distribution products in the Bahrain market.

- You will be responsible for driving sales of Grilles, Registers, Linear & Ceiling Diffusers,

- Louvers, Non-Return Dampers, Fire Dampers, Attenuators, Volume Control Dampers, and other Air Terminal Devices.

- This is a technical and consultative sales role that combines product knowledge, client relationship management, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

● Generate new business and achieve sales targets (BHD 80K).

● Build and maintain strong relationships with M&E consultants, architects, and

contractors.

● Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and technical submittals.

● Conduct technical presentations (CPDs) and provide solutions to client

requirements.

● Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure timely project

delivery.

● Visit client sites, evaluate project needs, and provide technical solutions.

● Maintain accurate sales records, CRM entries, and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).

● Experienced in HVAC sales and technical solution selling, especially with air

terminal and air distribution products.

● Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, and industry standards (SMACNA,

DW144, etc.).

● Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Valid driving license and GCC market experience preferred.

● Bahraini nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
