Role Overview:
We’re hiring a results-driven Sales Engineer to accelerate our growth in solar products and battery solutions. Prior experience in solar trading and/or energy storage is essential. Arabic speakers and candidates with proven exposure to trading and renewable/battery sectors are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage high-value relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Promote and sell solar modules, inverters, batteries, and related solutions.
  • Identify market opportunities, develop pipelines, and expand territory coverage.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts, activity reports, and customer insights to management.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred), Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of sales experience, ideally in solar energy or battery trading.
  • Strong understanding of renewable-energy products and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Must be currently based in the UAE.
