Senior Sales Manager (Cold Room Door)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager (Cold Room Door) to spearhead the growth of our projects across the GCC and MENA regions. This role requires a professional with a deep technical understanding of the refrigeration lifecycle, from design and supply to installation and after-sales support. The succesful candidate will be instrumental in securing major projects, managing a high-performing sales team, and positioning RIME as the partner of choice for all cold chain requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious revenue and market share targets for the Cold Room Door product lines.
  • Identify, target, and secure major B2B projects (e.g., food processing, logistics, pharmaceuticals, retail distribution centers).
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, including pre-qualification, product presentation, technical proposal submission, price negotiation, and contract finalization.
  • Actively manage and grow key accounts, building strong, long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, end-users, and developers.

Technical & Market Expertise:

  • Provide technical consultation to clients and internal teams on the most suitable solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the GCC/MENA region to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product solutions align with customer specifications and regional performance standards.

Leadership & Management:

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of junior sales engineers and business development executives to ensure high-performance and professional development.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years of proven sales experience..
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrable success in securing large-scale projects in the GCC/MENA region.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus).
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage a high-volume pipeline, and travel as required.
