Real Estate Sales Agent

About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and professional Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. You’ll connect buyers, sellers, and investors with some of the most exciting off-plan and ready properties across the city. If you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and have a passion for property and people, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and manage leads through CRM
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and property owners.
  • Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, pricing, and new launches.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals and property documents.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing and admin teams to ensure seamless client experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai (off-plan or secondary market preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of developers such as Emaar, Damac, Sobha, Nakheel, and Dubai Properties.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Chinese is a plus).
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
  • RERA certification is an advantage (or willingness to obtain it).
