The Real Estate Agent is responsible for promoting and selling, on behalf of a leading real estate developer. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role involves managing client relationships, guiding clients through the property buying process, and achieving individual sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a solid understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful transactions. In addition, the agent will play a key role in expanding the company’s agency network and will be accountable for both direct and indirect sales channels to ensure maximum market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively generate and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins to convert prospects into clients.
  • Develop and expand the external agency network by identifying and onboarding new partner agents and maintaining strong business relationships.
  • Manage both direct and indirect sales activities, ensuring balanced performance and contribution to overall sales goals.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to showcase off-plan properties.
  • Assist clients in understanding property details, pricing, payment plans, and relevant legal documentation.
  • Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients while maintaining company guidelines and profitability.
  • Maintain and update client records, sales activity, and other details in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, promotions, and lead quality.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated with market trends, property developments, and competitor offerings to provide accurate advice to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
  • Participate in property launches, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2–5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends, RERA regulations, and property documentation.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English required; bilingual preferred.

Job Summary:

The Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to strengthen the company’s brand presence, drive qualified leads, and support the achievement of sales and business objectives. This role oversees all marketing, digital, and communications functions for a leading real estate developer, ensuring alignment between marketing campaigns, sales goals, and corporate vision. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep expertise in UAE real estate marketing, digital performance marketing, and brand management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads foroff-plan.

* Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring efficient execution of campaigns across digital, social media, outdoor, and event platforms.

* Collaborate closely with the sales department to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and optimize conversion rates.

* Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on advertising and promotional activities.

* Oversee the design, content, and production of marketing materials, including brochures, videos, digital ads, and property presentations.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.

* Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM integration.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

* Creative thinker with analytical acumen and strong business sense.

* Experience managing large budgets and multiple marketing channels.

* Fluency in English required; bilingual preferred .

* Knowledge of UAE real estate laws, RERA advertising regulations, and local market dynamics preferred.
