Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing sector.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
  • Coordinate with the design, production, and quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed orders.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and project status updates for management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in technical or industrial product sales (preferred in manufacturing, automation, or machinery).
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel for client visits and exhibitions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
