Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Facilities Management and Maintenance services.
Prepare and submit technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Conduct site inspections and develop accurate cost estimates.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for solution development.
Maintain and expand a strong client base through effective relationship management.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in FM or MEP service sales within the UAE/GCC.
Solid understanding of maintenance contracts, tendering, and FM market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
