Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the fit-out and interior design sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project managers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver company presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Follow up on leads, tenders, and quotations to successfully close deals.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and prepare regular business development reports.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Business or a related field
• Minimum 5-10 years of proven experience in fit-out or interior contracting sales.
• Strong network of contacts in the UAE/GCC construction or interior design industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
