Job Summary

We are seeking Sales Engineers with 1 to 2 years of experience in technical and industrial sales. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients across Oman’s industrial sectors. Experience with oilfield products and local market knowledge is a plus. Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

 Promote and sell a broad range of industrial and general trading products, including hoses, valves, pipes, hammer unions, Eaton and Parker products, PPE & Safety items, electrical items, and fittings.

 Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients across Oman.

 Prepare technical quotations, commercial offers, and follow up on orders.

 Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

 Conduct field visits and participate in client meetings and product evaluations.

 Support tender preparation, documentation, and submission as needed.

 Monitor competitor activity and provide insights on market trends.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

 Technical knowledge of industrial and general trading products including valves, pipes, Eaton and Parker products, hoses, fittings, PPE & Safety, and electrical items.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.

 Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.

 Willingness to travel within Oman and occasionally to the UAE.

Experience Requirements

 Candidates with 1 to 6 years of experience in industrial product sales, client interaction, field visits, and technical sales support.

 Proven ability to handle client relationships and sales activities within Oman’s industrial sectors is preferred.
