Sales Engineer – MEP and FLS Systems



Location: Saudi Arabia



Industry: Construction / MEP Contracting



Employment Type: Full-Time


Responsibilities



  • Identify, pursue, and secure new construction and maintenance contracts in the MEP sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and facility owners.
  • Conduct site visits, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Represent the company in meetings, tenders, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferable).
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in MEP contracting, system installation and services in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Firefighting, Fire Alarm, and Plumbing systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently bring new clients and close large contracts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Established network within the construction industry is a strong advantage.
