Sales Engineer – MEP and FLS Systems
Location: Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure new construction and maintenance contracts in the MEP sector.

Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and facility owners.

Conduct site visits, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts.

Represent the company in meetings, tenders, and presentations.

Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferable).

5+ years of proven sales experience in MEP contracting, system installation and services in Saudi Arabia.

Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Firefighting, Fire Alarm, and Plumbing systems.
-
Demonstrated ability to independently bring new clients and close large contracts.
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-
Established network within the construction industry is a strong advantage.
