Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia



We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer with proven experience in dewatering systems, pumps, or
related equipment sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, business acumen,
and a strategic approach to market expansion. Candidates with established client relationships and a deep
understanding of the construction, dewatering, and industrial sectors in KSA will be preferred.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through proactive market research, lead
generation, and client outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to strengthen brand presence and expand the
company’s client base.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client
requirements.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and collection objectives within defined timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, customer satisfaction, and after-sales service
support.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing, competitor activities, and potential business risks.
  • Develop strategic sales plans for key clients, projects, and target sectors to increase market penetration.
  • Actively participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the company’s products and
services.
  • Utilize digital marketing and LinkedIn networking for lead generation, brand visibility, and professional
outreach.
  • Provide timely reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline development to management.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred) or Technical Diploma.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in dewatering, pumps, or spare parts within KSA.
  • Proven ability to generate new business, close deals, and maintain key accounts.
  • Strong technical understanding, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong Digital Marketing and LinkedIn proficiency for business development and networking.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with experience using CRM or market intelligence tools.
  • Valid GCC/KSA Driving License and willingness to travel within the region.

  • Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, and industrial clients.
  • Ability to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
