Products include AEDs, trauma kits, ventilators, temperature management solutions and more. Travel will be approx 70% across the MEA region

Fluency in English and Arabic is essential

Purpose of the role

Leverage the data and communication abilities and strengths of ZOLL’s hardware and software products

• Support the efforts of the Sales Teams across MEA

• Provide pre-sales technical support (tender specs etc.)

• Act as product specialist to define scope of work: products like

• Provide Product Demonstrations

• Provide technical support for transmission and data communications for product demonstrations and evaluations

• Provide feedback to Sales Management, Product Management and Marketing to assist in the further development of the ZOLL Hardware and Software.

Required:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or similar and 3+ years experience in a similar role

• Knowledge and understanding of EMS & Hospital IS Systems including EMR

• Strong technical aptitude and problem solving approach to understanding, defining, and offering a viable solution to customers

• Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver needed and audience-specific content

• Strong IT experience ( in Mobile Communications and/or Networking and/or Server Infrastructure)

• Experience supporting a field sales team to attain sales goals

• Experience in providing support to sales organization that focuses on selling complex enterprise software and hardware solutions
