Job Purpose:
A Sales Engineer plays a critical role in combining technical expertise with sales skills to provide tailored solutions, create customer value, and achieve sales targets
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Visit existing and prospective customers regularly to build strong relationships and identify new sales opportunities
- Monitor competitor products, services, and market conditions to maintain competitive positioning
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services
- Prepare price quotations, negotiate terms, revise contracts, and discuss mechanical specifications
- Submit regular sales performance and market trend reports to management
- Maintain accurate records of business expenses and sales activities
- Assist in tendering processes including background research and technical specifications
- Follow up after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships

Qualifications:
