Responsibilities
To actively participate in setting and implementing processes that will deliver the HSE standards set by the Group & embodied in the ROCK.
Manage & conduct the sales as per the company’s business plan with an allocated customer base in line with the set targets, objectives, and authority limits.
Expand customer base, identify how to enter new markets, examine the profitability of each customer, and improve the return on investment.
Produce monthly reports on Past performance against budget and future plans for product development, report back on competition, key market information, and any complaints from customers.
Build relationships with customers and potential business associates to promote Fosam and its products through direct contacts by visiting customers’ premises, sites, and offices.
In conjunction with the Regional Managers, formulate budgets and plans for agreement with RSM, and implement them by coordinating the various activities of the company to ensure the achievement of performance targets.
Examine case histories weekly through briefings with departmental staff members & line manager, and build an effective and updated project database with proper documentation.
Prepare and contribute to the company’s sales plan by reviewing performance and examining potential growth.
To help implement a Saudization plan by identifying Saudi talents in all sectors.
Delegate Authorities to supporting staff to manage respective areas.
Ensure proper forecasting is in line with project requirements while reviewing performance in forecast for predecessor months.
Attend to Customer surveys (when required) & monthly reports as required with the set deadlines along with Job references, and lost business reports.
Continuous coordination with the account department to ensure all credit customer base is well monitored through continuous reconciliations while achieving required collection figures without any overdue.
Skills required
Essential:
Numerate with strong analytical skills.
Good Technical Knowledge.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Excellent interpersonal and two-way communication skills.
Arab national.
Competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Desirable:
At least one year as a Sales Engineer in a similar industry.
A third language.
Experience in the construction field.
Attended Sales training.
Saudi national.
