Grow sales within existing clients and generate additional sales growth / profit through the identification and development of new clients.
Generate opportunities through sales visits and close customer contact, actively visit the end-user accounts, major projects and any prospect identified.
Make sure that the sales funnel / pipeline is healthy and 4 times the targets.
Cooperate well with local & regional colleagues and support them in identifying potential clients and join visits to generate new business. Brainstorming for new business ideas and diversification into new services.
Implement local strategies, including marketing efforts within the region that will result in meeting and exceeding annual targets.
Promote Hydratight Services and solutions by organizing and executing customers’ activities, such as presentations, seminars, demonstrations, and training sessions. (Site and virtual)
Value selling and recommend technical solutions to end users by identify potential opportunities during site visits and market mapping.
Be part of the full sales cycle and ensure that favorable contracts are negotiated as per set DOA and payments are received as per the agreed terms.
Provide appropriate and regular reporting as per required on opportunities, current quotation status and expected orders and use this information for a proper forecast.
Report to the Sales Manager on all commercial activities within the territory, complaints, trends, competitive actions and any recommendations to improve sales results and productivity.
Participates in improvement activities to ensure the smooth flow of systems and information and to eliminate waste in all processes.
Play an integral role in the Commercial excellence program and ensure SFDC is used to record all sales transactions and sales coverage.
Travel within the region and elsewhere as required.
Ensure all HSSEQ rules and regulations are communicated and enforced throughout the Organization.
Proactively participate to safety awareness and improvement.
Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times, both internally and externally. Follow the published processes and comply with all company policies and procedures. Be an ambassador for the businesses in particular ensure that Health & Safety comes first at all times.
Technical; commercial product sales or Industrial service industry sales and operational experience (preferable both)
Previous outside sales experience of at least 5-7 years is preferred
English language skills both verbal and written
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with Technical aptitude & Management degree in Marketing preferred
Worked within a large organization, preferably $100M+
Positive attitude and able to work with minimum supervision
Proven track record in sales
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
