Requirements & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial marketing and sales
- Product Expertise: Must have hands-on experience and a strong technical understanding of selling and servicing products such as:
- Pumps (various types)
- Industrial Instrumentation
- Gear Boxes
- Electric Motors
- PLC Automation jobs and projects
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships within the industrial sector.
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Actively generate leads, develop new business opportunities, and manage the complete sales cycle to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Technical Sale: Effectively present, demonstrate, and explain the technical features and benefits of our product portfolio (Pumps, Motors, Automation, etc.) to potential and existing clients
- Customer Engagement: Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations at customer sites
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new product opportunities
- Travel: This role is field-intensive and requires extensive travel (minimum 4-5 days a week) within the assigned territory

- Self-disciplined and able to manage a territory effectively with minimal supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
