Key job objectives:
Position: SALES ENGINEER
Duties and responsibilities:
- Build relationships with procurement and technical teams in the EPCs especially in Abu Dhabi and UAE.
- Identify the requirements of potential customers necessary for the approval of the organization and the opening of new markets.
- Follow up on projects and target customers.
- Understand the market in terms of customers, suppliers, products, and competition to facilitate the development of commercial actions.
- Ensure compliance with commercial objectives.
- Generate, develop, and maintain commercial relationships.
- Participate in the development of commercial policies.
- Represent the company in response to any technical, commercial, or after-sales requests.
- Manage and collaborate with product managers in the preparation of prequalification and certification dossiers for customers.
- Support contract negotiations, secure the award of the bid, and coordinate the different areas to ensure this award.
- Coordinate with the rest of the company to optimize activity.
- Draft and issue status reports on the results obtained, referrals detected, and propose improvement actions.
- Use and exploitation of CRM
- Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations
- Partner with the sales team to generate leads
- Find and maintain prospective clients
- Provide general technical support to clients
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor in Engineering, if other will be evaluated
- Experience: Minimum experience: 2-3 years, experience in Abu dhabi and UAE with the EPCs, water, renewables, data centers, oil & gas, or industrial sectors is required.
- UAE Driving License
- English - Level Upper-Intermediate
