Job Description: Sales Engineer – Duct Heaters & VAV Systems
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with strong technical and commercial expertise in Duct Heaters and Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems. The role involves business development, project sales, and technical support for HVAC consultants, contractors, and MEP partners across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales for Duct Heaters & VAV products across assigned territories
- Identify and track HVAC projects, tenders, and specification opportunities
- Work closely with consultants, MEP contractors, and developers to get products specified
- Prepare technical submittals, BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates
- Conduct product presentations, technical meetings, and site visits
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
- Negotiate commercial terms and close orders in line with company targets
- Maintain CRM updates, sales forecasts, and market intelligence
Technical Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Duct Heaters
- Hands-on experience with VAV terminals, controllers, dampers, and controls
- Understanding of HVAC drawings, load calculations, and airflow concepts
- Familiarity with UAE/GCC HVAC regulations
- Ability to support pre-sales and post-sales technical queries
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- 4–8 years of relevant sales experience in HVAC manufacturing or system suppliers
- Proven network with consultants, contractors, and MEP firms in UAE
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
