Role Summary


Responsible for promoting and selling concrete admixtures, and related construction solutions to ready-mix producers and precast companies. Supports customers with technical guidance and drives sales growth in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales of concrete products in the territory.
  • Visit clients (RMC, Precasters, Contractors, etc…) to present solutions and generate business.
  • Provide technical support on mix designs, product selection, and applications.
  • Conduct product trials, demonstrations, and site/plant visits.
  • Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and project opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, forecasts, and CRM updates.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil/Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in cement, concrete, or construction chemicals (preferred).
  • Technical knowledge of admixtures or experience with concrete technology is preferred.
  • Proven sales or business development experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
