Sales Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in engineering-related sales. The role involves identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and providing technical support to customers while achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales in line with company policies
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer records

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Basic understanding of engineering products and solutions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Customer-focused with a result-oriented mindset
• Good planning, follow-up, and time management skills
