Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

  • Responsible for sales and revenue generation in the assigned territory
  • Achieve growth and meet sales targets

Planning & Sales Tracking

  • Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet sales budgets and pricing targets
  • Adhere to the company’s sales process
  • Review the sales pipeline and take corrective action when required
  • Analyze business attributes and their impact, and take timely corrective actions in coordination with the Manager
  • Support Management in annual, quarterly, and monthly business planning
  • Plan and reset targets when required
  • Lead and initiate market development activities in the assigned area

Customer Relations

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Proactively address customer/prospect complaints and ensure satisfaction

Collection Management

  • Track receivables and follow up with customers for pending payments
  • Update Management about possible risks and challenges in outstanding amounts

Desired Profile

To be a part of our sales team, you should:

  • Have proven experience in Chiller/Refrigeration Sales, Pump/Compressor/Pneumatic/Industrial Sales, OEM Sales, B2B Sales, or Direct Sales
  • Be energetic and willing to travel across major industrial estates of the state
  • Possess strong objection-handling and customer rapport-building skills
  • Be able to negotiate and close deals

Experience

  • 4–7 years for Sr. Sales Engineer
  • 1–3 years for Sales Engineer

Education

BE / ME / PG Diploma in Mechanical / Plastics / CIPET
