Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site role involves promoting and selling DCP’s products, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Engineer will engage with clients, deliver product presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on price quotations and commercial offers.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, product training, and post-sales assistance.
• Deliver regular reports and updates to the General Sales Manager.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage payment follow-up and support the collection process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of construction chemicals and building materials is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and travel as required.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Valid driver’s license
