Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Sales and Proposal Preparation: Interpreting engineering drawings, preparing detailed technical proposals, and negotiating terms for projects.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Meeting with architects, consultants, and contractors to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Product Promotion: Delivering technical presentations and conducting demonstrations to showcase the benefits of specific aluminum systems or products.
  • Market Research: Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in aluminum manufacturing.
  • Project Coordination: Liaising between clients and internal production or design teams to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Sales Strategy and Target Achievement: Setting and achieving sales goals, maintaining CRM records, and developing strategies to increase market share

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field.
  • Technical sales experience in the aluminum, metal, or construction industry.
  • Knowledge of aluminum systems, fabrication, or manufacturing processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license (often required for site visits).
