Job Purpose:
Responsible for promoting, selling, and specifying company’s’ products and solutions to customers, distributors, and contractors. Identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and achieve sales targets. The Sales Engineer plays a key role in expanding market share, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with the company’s growth objectives. In addition, the role involves supporting pre- and post-sales activities, conducting technical presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned market(s), aligning all activities with company objectives and growth strategies.

Engage with customers to gather, review, and clarify technical and commercial requirements, ensuring accurate interpretation of specifications.

Develop technical and commercial proposals, determining pricing structures, negotiation strategies, and contractual terms in coordination with relevant teams.

Proactively identify and qualify potential customers, building a strong sales pipeline through networking, research, and market engagement.

Deliver formal and informal technical presentations to customers, demonstrating the value of company products and services.

Maintain regular communication with Sales Management, providing updates on quotation status, project opportunities, and key account activities.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, serving as a trusted technical and commercial advisor.

Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, contracts, and supply chain teams to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and timely delivery of solutions.

Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings, effectively positioning the company as a preferred solution provider.

Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, activity dashboards, and market intelligence updates to support strategic decision-making.
Qualification & Education:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Years of Experience:
1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in electrical products, manufacturing, or industrial solutions. Fresh graduates with strong potential may also be considered.
