Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting engineering solutions to contractors, consultants, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Saudi market
  • Promote company products/services to contractors, consultants, and developers
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
  • Review project drawings and specifications to understand client requirements
  • Coordinate with estimation and technical teams for accurate quotations
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and report progress regularly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical or related field)
  • 3–6 years of experience as a Sales Engineer (GCC experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of construction, metal works, or façade systems (depending on your company)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Valid Saudi / GCC driving license (mandatory)
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Preferred Skills

  • Existing network with contractors and consultants in Saudi Arabia
  • Knowledge of local market trends and competitors
  • Experience in aluminum, façade, or fit-out industry

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
