We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to support sales activities by combining engineering knowledge with strong sales skills. The role involves promoting technical products or services, understanding client requirements, and providing effective solutions to meet customer needs while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and clients
  • Present and demonstrate technical products or solutions to customers
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable engineering solutions
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams for solution development
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide after-sales support and technical assistance
  • Attend site visits, meetings, and client presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales
  • Strong understanding of engineering products, systems, or solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
  • Valid driving license is an advantage
  • Experience in construction, MEP, HVAC, or industrial products is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
