Sales Engineer

We seek a technically skilled and sales-oriented sales engineer with an engineering or diploma degree to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will provide technical solutions, demonstrate products, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Sales Support
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Address technical concerns and objections
2. Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on product features, applications, and industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development feedback
3. Customer Relationship Building
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
4. Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies
5. Reporting and Analytics
- Track sales performance and customer interactions
- Provide insights for sales process improvement

Requirements
- Diploma in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related fields)
- 3+ years of sales engineering experience
- Technical sales skills and industry knowledge
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel (up to 20%)
